Payment Terms

Payment is due in full before production (if it is made to order) or shipment of your order (if it is in stock). Credit or check is accepted for payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse your order for any reason.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of payment. Cancellations will only be considered if the item has not been fulfilled or placed into production. Absolutely no cancelations after the product has been cut, packaged, or shipped.

Shipping

All fabric shipments will ship UPS. Tracking will be provided once order has shipped. Delivery of products shall be FOB manufacturer’s place of business. Customer shall be responsible for any insurance and shipping costs. Shipments are sent with no signature required. If you’d like to have a signature required, this must be noted on your Purchase Order.

Split Shipping is available, please note on PO.

Ellisha Alexina is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery. Ellisha Alexina is not responsible for address changes and corrections. Ellisha Alexina cannot guarantee that changes can be made once product is shipped

Delivery dates are approximate and Ellisha Alexina is not responsible for delays or failure of anything beyond our control.

Claims

All claims against Ellisha Alexina, including defects, shortages and errors, must be made within seven days after shipment of the merchandise. Failure to make any claim within such period shall constitute acceptance of the merchandise and a waiver of said defects, shortages, errors or other claims. No claim shall be made in any event if the merchandise has been cut, hung or treated. Ellisha Alexina’s liability shall not exceed the contract price and Ellisha Alexina shall in no event be liable for labor charges or any other consequential damages.

Ellisha Alexina products are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading due to sun exposure, dye lot variations.

Fabrics have not been treated for fire retardancy.

Due to the handmade nature and printing process variations in color inherent and unique part of the manufacturing process. Small color and fiber variations may occur. These are not considered flaws, but part of the handmade nature and process that goes into making our products.
